I have attended the Home Inspectors course offered by ICA one of the premier providers of home inspection classes in the United States. I have also completed the necessary course work at InterNACHI to become a professional certified inspector. I am licensed and insured in the state's of Maryland, and West Virginia.

About Us
Hello my name is Gordon David Green, and I am the owner of L&S Dynamic Home Inspections, LLC. I decided to pursue this endeavor to broaden my knowledge in the home inspection industry. It is my hopes to provide an outstanding service that home sellers and buyers alike are in need of. I attended the home inspectors course in Owings Mills, MD during October of 2019 that was offered by ICA. I then sat for the National Home Inspectors Exam ® in Hagerstown proctored by PSI. I have since became a Certified Professional Inspector through the InterNACHI organization. I have also taken additional classes to become certified in other home inspection areas as well.
